The connected restaurant The Blind Tiger for 2 of the 4 people in my party it was inedible as they put entirely too much of the wrong hot sauce on our sons buffalo chicken taco, and the pulled pork nachos were basically mush, the waitress admitted the mistake but the food was still on our bill, we said its going to be comped anyway it wiĺl be ok and went on.
Which was a lie as went to see her when we were checking out and she replied that 3000 spent in a 3 night 2 day period did not qualify for any comps. On the first day i was met by the casino host and was told to see her at the end of our trip and she would take care of our meals etc. I have played exclusively with Ceasars properties and im rather high in teir status.
I have stayed at multiple Ceasars properties over the years and never had the issues i did at this one.
